Shabbat Shalom

Shabbat Shalom: a greeting or departing line (hello or goodbye) used on or during the few days leading up to Shabbat (the Sabbath rest from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday). Shalom means peace, harmony, wholeness, completeness, prosperity in Hebrew.

Jehovah-Shalom is also a name of God first used by Gideon. It denotes the Lord of Peace, our God who brings rest and harmony into our lives. Jesus Himself if the prince of peace and His shalom lives in our hearts. 
“Peace I leave with you; my peace I give to you. Not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your hearts be troubled, neither let them be afraid.” John 14:27
